With more than 4,500 square feet of refined living space, Casa Castagna offers ample room for hosting friends and family. Thoughtfully restored, the home showcases materials true to the region and its original era — featuring hand-laid cotto floors, brick and chestnut (castagna) ceiling beams, and authentic barn-style bedroom doors. Each of the six bedrooms is named for a tree or Planck found across the property’s five acres, adding a personal touch of local character. Outside, the pool and its sweeping views provide an idyllic setting for relaxation.
