Rates are quoted for booking the entire house. Maximum 15 guests.

2026 Rates & Fees

Terms

A deposit of one third the rental fee will be required at booking. The balance of the rental fee, Cleaning and Security deposit is due 60 days prior to check in. The deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check out assuming there is no breakage.

Weddings, stag/hen parties and any other event including catered meals for over 15 people are on request only and subject to owner approval and additional fees.

Guests may cancel their booking with a 100% refund 90 days from check in.

Upon booking, guests will be provided with a booking contract.
