Rates

Rates are quoted for booking the entire house. Maximum 15 guests.

2023 Rates

May 6, 2023 - June 24, 2023: €4900/week

June 24, 2023 - September 2, 2023: €5950/week

September 2, 2023 - September 30, 2023: €4900/week

Cleaning Fee: €175

Security Deposit: €300

Terms

A deposit of one third the balance will be required at booking. The balance and a €300 will be required 60 days prior to check in. The deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check out assuming there is no breakage.

Guests may cancel their booking with a 100% refund 90 days from check in.

Upon booking, guests will be provided with a booking contract to sign and return.
